Manufacturing cycle proposed to customers is personalized and addressed to satisfy their expectations.
We can furnish a lot of manufacturings, some are internally managed but others are outsourced through a net of sub suppliers.
Internal manufacturings are:
- manual and automatic cleaning;
- protection and masking, also drawn;
- planned baking from 50°C to 240°C;
- smoothing and filling;
- quality control of 100% on given parameters;
- suitable packaging needed and labelling.
External manufacturing made by our certificated suppliers.
- cold zincing;
- black cataphoresis;
- aluminium plating;
- silk screen printing.
