Use of industrial machinery
Corallo has dedicated itself since many years to the painting of industrial machinery elements for companies with Italian and foreign market.
The painting of these particulars, sometimes already assembled, is carried out using liquid tints rather than powder tints because some parts are sensitive to high temperature (as oil seal, bearings and membranes).
Manufacturing consists of automatic washing, drying, painting with primer coat, painting with the tint chosen by customers and baking at 80°C.
Masking is done on definite parts of some elements with suitable cases or tapes before the painting.
