Case history
Painting of stoves and fireplaces
One of the first manufacturing made by Corallo was the painting of pellet stoves and fireplaces for a market leader.
Paints requested for this kind of applications are silicone products which resist at high temperatures, during the use, until 700°C.
This kind of painting wants a baking temperature at about 240°C to avoid the emission of volatile smokes and substances while is used and allows perfect covering reticulation.
At the beginning were solvent paints, but with new technologies is possible to use water paints.
Painting of aluminium structure of a table
An important furnishing company asked us to find alternative solutions to plating of an aluminium table legs and we found an aesthetic alternative replacing plating process with the application of an adhesive primer and a tint called chrome-like, a metalized silver with high reflectivity, good chemical and physical resistance and a pleasant tactile effect thanks to "sliding effect" additive.
